We stayed at the Millwood for one night ahead of an early morning flight from SFO. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which consisted of a living room, bathroom, small ‘kitchen’ area with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker plus 2 bedrooms (1 with a king bed and the other with 2 queens). The whole apartment was absolutely spotless and seemed to be quite newly renovated. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc were all provided as well as plenty of towels, glasses. There was also a safe. In the reception area there was a small kiosk selling snacks, drinks and essential toiletries. There was also a small dining area where breakfast is served and a lovely courtyard area with outdoor seating where you can bring food and drinks purchased from any of the nearby takeaway options. There was also a small gym/ fitness room. The hotel manager was really friendly and helpful! I liked the fact that, although the corridors were ‘open’, they were actually enclosed with secure windows and doors which require key access, providing an extra layer of security. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to anyone to stay here. It’s the perfect option before a flight from SFO. The drive to the airport was approx. 3-4 mins.

This location was very close to the SFO airport. There was no charge for parking (a huge plus). There was a convenient continental style breakfast served (waffles, pastries, oatmeal, eggs, cereal, bacon or sausage, beverages). There was a small sundries shop that made it easy to get bottled water and allergy medicine! And the prices were not excessive. The location was in easy walking distance to local restaurants. I found a pizza place half block away, a food truck next to the location and a boba shop a short walk away that made it easy to eat without driving or needing delivery. The staff was super friendly even late at night when I checked in. My room had very comfortable beds and even a fireplace/heater (room 123). I don't think all other rooms had a fireplace but mine did and I was pleasantly surprised by it.

We stayed at the Millwood before flying home from SFO. The hotel itself is so cute and the upgrades are wonderful. The beds weren’t the Ritz Carlton obviously, but they had super great pillows and for the amazing price, bathroom upgrades with high end toiletries and lighting- it doesn’t matter. The lobby smelled like Baccarat Rouge 540 (IYKYK) and set the tone as soon as you walk in. The rooms are accessed from the outside, but there’s a keycard entry glass barrier that provides an added layer of security and doesn’t obstruct the view of all the beautiful palms and plantings they have. Double Roman blinds can give privacy while still having light or a full blackout. It’s really close to a street with amazing restaurants. We plan to stay here again o n our next visit to San Francisco!

Exquisite boutique rooms. Beautiful marble floors, glass enclosure sound proofing. Very clean inside and outside. Nice smelling soaps, conditioners, and shampoo (Toccaro Blood Orange) expensive too. Nice beds and bedding. Perfect place to stay for short-or long-term stays. Roomy restroom area. Plenty of outlets for charging electronic devices. Black out curtains were also a nice touch. Breakfast provided a variety scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, assorted pastries and breads, yogurt, apple and orange juice, bananas, apples, great coffee and the foo coffees too. If I need to stay near the San Francisco International airport again, I will stay here.

Woodrow

Easy stopover before an early flight, immaculately clean and safe and secure. Room was cozy with a pretend fireplace, desk, microwave etc. friendly reception staff and amazing breakfast spread with bacon and bagels etc. We slept so soundly including the baby! The odd bit of noise as noted in other reviews from travellers leaving for early flights, but that’s to be expected. Really impressed with the Millbrook.
